In the exhibition area an exhibitor can insert and manage its business data, orders and information easily. This way reduces the major part of the communication and data exchange needed between the organizer and the exhibitors.
The modules at a glance
The exhibition area is seperated into several modules that can be individually configured and adjusted to your needs.
Management of the address data and contacts with the option to insert multiple contacts. This opens up possibilities to manage different addresses (invoice recipient, address for the catalog entry, contact person of the trade fair constructor).
From a given nomenclature exhibitors can select the branches via an easy to use tree structure. This data can be published in the exhibition catalog and on the trade show website. Optional, the number of selectable branches can be limited.
Portraits for the
The exhibitor may insert his company profile with his logo. The upload of the logo works amazingly simple. The data entered can later be exported or downloaded for the catalog production, alternatively through an interface.
for the press
If the exhibitor presents a novelty or presents something remarkable, it is worth to publish it in own publications or in press releases. The descriptions and images can also be published with the exhibitor portrait on the website of the trade show.
Management of lectures or workshops that the exhibitors want to register. Thereby the speakers can be managed through the contacts module. An upload of the presentation file is also possible.
Entry of keywords, product names and brands the exhibitor wants to be found by. Out of this a searchable index for online presence and print media can be created. With this module the amount of free entries can be limited.
Overview and management of the exhibitors stand[s]. Here stand sketches can be offered for download, which the exhibitor can edit or replenish and upload afterwards. The responsible service provider can directly view these plans.
If you want to add a separate information or download area, you can do so using this module. Alternatively individual texts can be entered using the dashboard, so that the exhibitor can view them whenever he logs in.

If these modules do not fit for your show individual modules can be created as well. The result is a completely individual exhibitor area which perfectly match the requirements of any event. The exhibitors area can be designed as well: your own pictures, logos and colors can be used so that this is evident in the look and feel of the fair website. And we also developed it as a multi language system. So the exhibition area can be offered simultaneously in several languages.
