Order system
An online store is integrated in the exhibitor area, which can be used to sell advertising materials, supplies, rental furniture or devotional items. The highlight here is that orders can be forwarded directly to the service providers involved and monitored.
The modules at a glance
The ordering system has been designed with great attention to detail to make it as easy as possible for exhibitors to place orders and increase sales:
Clarity despite
product diversity
Detailed and clearly structured product presentation with image, text and pdf-download. This will be achieved with product variants, so products that differ only in size or color can be combined into one item (for example, various electrical ports, carpet in different colors, etc.), even if they have different prices.
Understandable
prices
An automated price calculation at area-related products or services (eg cleaning or carpet) provides unambiguously clear prices. In addition a limitation of the order quantity by free definable packing units can be used.

Boost sales with
cross selling
With cross-selling products that complement other items can be placed conspicuously on product detail pages. Furthermore the list order of any items in a category can be set up individually and top sellers can be highlighted. Use it to increase your sales!
Clear order management
Your exhibitors will have a clear order summary which can be downloaded with a total as a kind of order confirmation. Also included is a transparent cancellation management that shows all the canceled items by an exhibitor. Items cannot be canceled anymore when the official order period is over.
Order deadlines
In general, you can set a date from which bookings can only be made at extra cost. After that date, items ordered by the exhibitor can no longer be cancelled. With another date you can close the store, then orders are only possible by mail. By the way, you can exempt individual items from this rule and set different order deadlines.
Optimize articles
We have also thought of this: If, for example, you have created an item "power consumption", it cannot be booked if there is no power connection in the shopping cart yet. Or when booking a fascia label, a mandatory upload can be used to ensure that the print data is actually uploaded, thus reducing annoying queries with the exhibitor a lot. With blocked articles, you can add a mandatory article to your exhibitor's shopping cart or assign coveted advertising spaces as goodies which cannot be canceled by the exhibitor.
