ProFairs is a cloud-based application that allows you to manage, and more importantly, simplify the management of exhibitors, visitors, other attendees, and the ongoing organizational operation of all your events. This application can easily be integrated into your event's website.
Not only exhibitors, but also other interested parties who contact you through your website (or whose contact details you enter directly into the system) can be easily managed and kept up to date with newsletters. An evaluation tool makes it possible to accurately evaluate the success of your mailings.
Communication with exhibitors can also be simplified. Confirmation of bookings and other standardized correspondence is generated directly by ProFairs and then exported to Microsoft Word® or other formats.
The nomenclature management system integrated in ProFairs enables exhibitors to add new industry categories if so desired by the exhibition's organizers.
