profairs is an easy-to-use software for trade fair organizers to manage exhibitors and simplify trade fair handling, which can be conveniently integrated into their own trade fair homepage.
Furthermore, profairs offers the exhibitor a convenient way to handle all organizational preparations required for the successful planning of a trade fair easily and quickly via an input interface in the browser.
What profairs can do:
Exhibitor management (address management, contact persons, trade fair and industry assignments, management of trade fair booths)
Booking of trade fair participations via the website or hall plan
Manage prospects and plan and document the acquisition process
Ticketing and voucher management, entrance control and badge printing
Dispatch of newsletters to address exhibitors, exhibitor groups or interested parties
Flexibly configurable exhibitor area with online shop
Order management and workflow with participating external service providers
Tools for the website: Exhibitor directory, contact requests, registration
What profairs can’t do:
Planning of trade fairs. There are enough CAD programs for this, with which this can be done excellently.
Create invoices and cover the dunning process (interfaces to billing programs such as Lexware and Sevdesk are available or can be added at any time)
Manage stock levels. Although available quantities can be stored in the store for individual items, profairs does not currently offer comprehensive management.
Generally, interfaces to already existing programs can be created at any time.
