Subscription period
We want to win and keep you as a satisfied customer; therefore, you can terminate the profairs software early after three months. The subsequent minimum contract term is one year and is extended by a further year unless the software is terminated with three months' notice. If an exhibition organizer does not need the tool for at least twelve consecutive months per year, it is possible to shut down the tool during this time. In this case, only 600 euros per year (net) will be charged. This gives you maximum flexibility and security. The detailed terms of use can be found in our GTC.
Charges for additional modules or individual ones
Various modules are optionally available. In some cases, a separate monthly fee is charged for this functionality (progress bar, extended registration via interested party accounts), plus the one-off programming and integration, which is charged according to actual expenditure. In addition, there are individual customizations, the development of special modules for the exhibitor area or the setup of the hall plan.
Exhibitor registration form
The registration process is not available as a standard module, this is customized by us according to your ideas. This is especially due to the fact that almost every trade fair organizer has different requirements in this process. We will be happy to provide you with more information on request.
Security
Your data is your capital. That's why we attach particular importance to reliable and high-quality hosting. We host our data DSGVO compliant at Plusline in Frankfurt and at Hetzner in Falkenstein and Nuremberg. The hardware is therefore redundant, a network connection via several providers as well as a 7x24-hour monitoring of the systems guarantee a very high availability. Daily backups are a matter of course.
High availability
profairs is deployed in cluster operation across multiple data centers. This means that not only the hardware but also the services are redundant. So if a service on one server should ever cause problems, a second, redundant virtual server takes over the tasks.
