In profair’s online store, exhibitors can clearly and conveniently order all kinds of items such as stand accessories, supplies or passes, which can then be processed directly by the relevant service providers.
Exhibitors can check their addresses, supplement industry data and edit their catalog entry within the preparation period. The login for the exhibitor area can be integrated into the trade show website.
Orders can be easily transferred to an invoicing program at any time by creating invoices directly as drafts. Currently we support LexOffice, Billomat and Bexio, other billing programs can be connected without any problems.
By integrating an external ticket store such as Pretix or Ticketino, it is possible to sell tickets, scan tickets or print badges. If the exhibitor invites his visitors via discount codes, the respective exhibitor can see the visitor data he has acquired in the exhibitor area at any time, as soon as a visitor has registered or entered the trade fair.
