Ticketing
Coupon codes for tickets can be ordered in the store and are then transferred directly to ticket systems like Pretix or Ticketino. An integrated ticketing process can be implemented with these systems.
Dashboard
The exhibitor will receive all useful information at a glance: The exhibitior’s area, deadlines to preperate the exhibition. If the exhibitor distributes vouchers for acquisition purposes, he will see all the interested parties who have been already registered - a performance review for the exhibitor’s own marketing efforts. Likewise, at a glance: an archive of all previously sent newsletters.
Profile
The exhibitor may modify and add its address, contact details, contact person and different addresses. In addition the exhibitor can add business assignments. It can be determined how many business assignments per exhibitor are allowed.
Stands
All information on the ordered stands (or for more than one stand) at a glance. Download and upload sketches prior to the direct assignment of sketches to the affected external service providers (such as electric or printers).
Publication
If the trade organizer offers a press service on their website or with external partners, exhibitors can manage their press releases here.
Shop
In the online shop exhibitors can order and manage their stand and book various utility services such as advertising materials or furniture rentals. In addition, promotional materials and vouchers can be purchased. Optionally it is possible to generate exhibitor badges and nameplates. Predetermined deadlines of individual products enable the shop to close flexible.
Interactive map
The supplement to the classic exhibitor list: With the interactive floor plan, visitors have an overview of all exhibition stands and can see where to find which exhibitor. Ideal for preparing and planning your visit to the fair. Discover our demo version of the floor plan.
Exhibitor profiles
When the visitor clicks on an exhibition stand, the online entries stored by the exhibitor in profairs are displayed, as are the exhibition highlights of the exhibitor and its sub-exhibitors.
Watch list
Practical trade fair preparation: Visitors can put the exhibitors they are interested in on a watch list and then download or print it as a pdf file.
Online booking of stands
Exhibition stands can also be booked or reserved online using the floor plan. Stand spaces already occupied or optional cannot be booked and it is also possible to determine whether the exhibitor names of the occupied spaces should be visible. If a stand is booked or optional, it is automatically marked as occupied and is no longer available for other interested parties. The floor plan is either with exhibitor names or also as version without exhibitor names available.
Easy maintenance
The plan is created in AutoCad, but you only have to make sure that the stand number matches the one stored in profairs. The AutoCad file is then uploaded to profairs, done. Additional information, such as the stand size of exhibition stands that have not yet been booked, is conveniently managed in an Excel spreadsheet. This means that the plan does not have to be uploaded again as soon as the occupancy of the plan changes.
Companies can request information and exhibitors can register their trade show participation directly on the exhibition website. Or with an interactive floor plan which shows free stands. The organizer then only needs to assign one or more stands.
Management of exhibitors and their contact persons as well as allocation of exhibition stands. Direct communication with all or individual exhibitors via personalized and customizable newsletters, all these information are also permanently available in the exhibitor area.
In profair’s online store, exhibitors can clearly and conveniently order all kinds of items such as stand accessories, supplies or passes, which can then be processed directly by the relevant service providers.
Exhibitors can check their addresses, supplement industry data and edit their catalog entry within the preparation period. The login for the exhibitor area can be integrated into the trade show website.
Orders can be easily transferred to an invoicing program at any time by creating invoices directly as drafts. Currently we support LexOffice, Billomat and Bexio, other billing programs can be connected without any problems.
By integrating an external ticket store such as Pretix or Ticketino, it is possible to sell tickets, scan tickets or print badges. If the exhibitor invites his visitors via discount codes, the respective exhibitor can see the visitor data he has acquired in the exhibitor area at any time, as soon as a visitor has registered or entered the trade fair.
