The Prospects module can be used as a full-fledged CRM system: Prospects and contact persons can be managed, conversations and contacts with exhibitors can be documented and follow-ups can be defined.
A simple resubmission function makes it possible to use this for simple but effective sales work.
Each interested party can be assigned a label. This shows how the probability is estimated that this interested party will become an exhibitor. In the overview of all interested parties, it is possible to filter via labels so that all interested parties can be listed who have reached a certain acquisition status.
By default, the three labels "Won", "Lost" and "In negotiation" are created.
We can also create additional labels as part of the setup process.
The newsletter module can be used to send targeted letters to interested parties who have been assigned to a specific label.
Every communication and interaction with a prospect can be stored in profairs. In this way, the history of the acquisition process can be tracked at a glance. All actions are symbolized by a round dot.
A follow-up is an appointment on which it is planned to contact the prospect again. The date, the contact person and the method of contact (telephone, e-mail, online meeting, meeting) are stored. All pending appointments with the interested parties can be filtered and processed via the stored resubmission date. Likewise overdue Follow Ups. All follow-ups are symbolized by an unfilled circle
