A separate, independent store can be set up for each trade fair. Not only the organizer has access to the exhibitors' orders, the service providers can be given access to order management.
All the items in the store can be divided into headings. When creating subheadings, you should make sure that they can later be assigned to a specific service provider who is responsible for incoming orders. In other words, it should be avoided that items delivered by different service providers are in one group.
As soon as an order is received from an exhibitor, it is displayed in the "Order overview" in profairs. An order can be cancelled by the exhibitor at any time while the store is open (more precisely, the date of the soft close is in the future). Cancellation is no longer possible once the store is closed, thus orders become quasi-binding. Deleting orders is only possible in the order overview.
