From the opening of the online store, the exhibitor can place his orders. However, the online store must be closed at a certain time in order to be able to process all orders in time before the event.
Many trade fair organizers allow a reorder period even after the official order deadline, during which orders are possible, but often with a price surcharge. Other organizers, however, want to manage reorders themselves; instead of orders, only order requests are to be generated. profairs offers several options for closing the online store.
The store will be closed so to speak "softly", orders are therefore still possible, cancellations are neither possible for new nor past orders. The conditions or special features apply:
In the order overview, the orders can be sorted by date. Thus, the service providers have an overview of which orders may have been newly added.
If price increases apply to repeat orders after a certain date, there are three options:
This means that accessing the store is still possible, but neither cancellations nor orders can be executed. The exhibitor can send an order request for certain products by mail at any time, and the organizer can add the requested product to the exhibitor's shopping cart if necessary.
If a future order date is specified for an item, it can still be ordered despite a hard close.
Store categories can be locked under Ordering SystemItem Management via the dropdown menu, so that the categories no longer appear in the store.
If the Shop menu item is to be completely hidden, this must be done by us. In this case, the menu item will be deactivated.
