Everyone does it a little differently, no two trade fair organizations are alike. profairs is therefore highly configurable so that it fits the trade fair organizer exactly. In the course of the initial setup, we customize the software together with you.
When you start with profairs, we create a default installation for you that includes all standard modules. To do this, you must specify what the installation should be called (more precisely: the URL). Normally, we create a subdomain for you for this purpose (in the following form:

We take care of the basic setup, and the associated effort is covered by the setup fee. Afterwards, you can make further adjustments yourself or alternatively have us adjust on an hourly basis.

In the store: You can define how many articles should be displayed per page. The default is 3 articles
Also, in the store we can customize the sales tax rate and currency
Do you need language versions for your exhibitor area? German and English are available by default. We can set up additional language versions for you, you will need to insert the translations for these afterwards.
Links to imprint, data protection
Most of the adaptations apply to the entire exhibitor area. Optionally, it is also possible to convert the exhibitor area so that different modules can be used depending on the type of trade fair, but this is a special adaptation.

Do you want to make changes or adjustments to the help texts or system messages? In this case we will provide you with the language files for this purpose, which you can edit. We will then install them for you
Text templates for mails. You can send mails with the access data directly to the exhibitors in the organizer area
Adjustments in the organizer area, which is carried out by us within the framework of the basic equipment
Again, some things can be customized to your liking:
Stand types: Typically, row stand, corner stand, head stand and block stand. Possibly other stand types and shapes
Contact person types: These can be invoice recipients, external service providers or speakers
Creation of exhibitor groups, if you need them
Creation of labels in the acquisition module, if required. The two labels Won and Lost are available by default
Data import of exhibitors, interested parties and contacts. For this there is a template, how the data must be prepared. If data for several trade fairs are to be imported, it would be helpful to insert an additional column in the exhibitor table so that the trade fair name can be seen.
Adjustments for ticketing, which are made by us at a charge
Individual design of admission tickets, which are sent to visitors as an email attachment in PDF format

Integration of profairs into your trade fair website (integration of the exhibitor login and the exhibitor directory)
If you want to use badges or vouchers, you can customize the pdf to be sent by the system to the visitor via email (alternatively, custom designed badges can be created by us)
