Procedure for setting up profairs
Since personal data is processed with trade fair software, we emphasize data protection and transparency. Likewise, that you can access your data at any time.
The data is yours
All data recorded in profairs belongs to the trade fair organizer, who is fully liable for it. For this reason, the trade fair organizer receives full access to the database from us upon request (via phpMyAdmin), so that all data can be additionally backed up by the organizer at any time. We can also grant external access to the database, so that for example data can be read by other applications. For more advanced applications in the context of voucher activation, an API is also available.
DSGVO and server location
Our data protection is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The data is hosted on several redundant, own machines in the data center Telehouse in Frankfurt / Main. Both access and access protection are documented and permanently monitored. In addition to the redundant data carriers, servers and services, data backups are a matter of course. Every customer can sign an AV contract with us, which is available in the customer area.
