Labels for exhibitors

Labels can be used to group, categorize, mark companies. This is useful to filter the entries, but also to be able to build distribution groups according to certain criteria in the newsletter module. Labels are especially advantageous when you have to manage many address or prospect records. In addition, labels can be used to better manage workflows, for example, to document internal processes when handling individual exhibitors. Labels are available in profairs in the areas of exhibitors, acquisition and orders.

Create and assign labels

In the Exhibitors or Acquisitions module, you will find the labels in the Master Data card. Click the plus symbol to open the label management. Here you can either assign an existing label to the data record or switch to the label administration. To create a new label, click Manage Labels and create a new label. Each label must always be created bilingually (de, en). Optionally, you can click on the color icon (left) and choose an individual color.

Delete labels

To remove a label for an entry, click on the label in the card and deactivate the label. In the label management you can also delete a label completely with the trash can symbol. However, then all entries lose the label to which this label was assigned.

Application examples

• Labels can be used to assign the language used for communication to a company. These labels can then be used, for example, to write to all German or English-speaking exhibitors or interested parties in the newsletter.
• The status of the processing can also be done via labels (offer received, access data sent) 
• There are two fixed labels for acquisition, won and lost. If a company is assigned the label won, it is directly suggested to convert the interested party into an exhibitor. The data record then appears in the Exhibitor menu item. Here, the new exhibitor must then be assigned a stand.
