Field designations and length limitation

We can adjust the names of the individual fields in the modules in the exhibitor area according to your wishes as part of the setup. Likewise, the maximum length per field, which makes sense especially for the catalog entry.

The following settings are made by us during the initial setup of profairs, but can also be adjusted at a later time:

Changes to field names and help texts

In the exhibitor area all texts can be changed by the organizer himself. Field labels and help texts can also be adapted, provided that these are only minor changes, this can be done by us and affects all trade fairs, i.e., field labels and help texts affect all trade fairs of an organizer. If more extensive changes are to be made to the texts (for example, if the exhibitor area is to be translated into another language), we will provide you with the language files, which you can change as you wish.

Character limit

The maximum number of characters allowed can be set individually for each field. This setting is made by us across all trade fairs.

Optionally, it is also possible to introduce a cross-field character limit. This is useful, for example, if several input fields exist for a catalog, but the total number of characters per exhibitor for the catalog should be limited.
