If a previous exhibitor has already entered publications (catalog entry, entry for the trade fair website) for a previous event, he will be asked whether he would like to adopt the data for the current trade fair.
Since the exhibitor master data with the contact persons are always stored only once in profairs, the exhibitor area always accesses the correct data, regardless of the trade fair to be processed. The situation is different for the data on publications and orders, which are directly linked to the trade fair events.
Orders are deliberately not transferred, as the exhibitor has not given his consent. And because of a different trade fair appearance compared to previous years, the transfer of order data might also be counterproductive.
However, the situation is different for the data on publications (print and online media). Here, the data could be automatically transferred from the last event. However, this has the disadvantage that the exhibitor may then leave the data unchecked (outdated text, incorrect logo, ...). Therefore, the exhibitor is actively asked when calling the module whether the data should be taken over.
Only with the confirmation by the exhibitor, the data of the previous event (if available) will be transferred to the current trade fair.
