Management of exhibitors and their contact persons as well as allocation of exhibition stands. Direct communication with all or individual exhibitors via personalized and customizable newsletters, all these information are also permanently available in the exhibitor area.
Exhibitors can conveniently order stand accessories, supplies or passes in the online store, orders can be processed directly by the relevant service providers. Interfaces to LexOffice and other billing software are available or can be created.
Exhibitors can check their addresses, supplement industry data and edit their catalog entry within the preparation period. The login for the exhibitor area can be integrated into the trade show website.
Not only the sale of admission passes via a ticket store is possible, but also the generation of codes with which visitors can generate admission tickets on the exhibition's website. The respective exhibitor can view his visitor data in the exhibitor area at any time.
Visitor and exhibitor passes are scanned at the entrance and exit of the fair. This means that it is possible to see at any time how many people are at the trade fair. An automated badge printing system is available as well, which works incredibly fast by the way.
In order to achieve more stability, profairs will be switched to a new database format and a new application server in calendar week 48.
